Parramatta is a mix of high-rise apartments around the CBD and river, and older brick and fibro homes through North Parramatta, Harris Park and Westmead. That mix shapes most of our work here. In the apartments it's usually leaking showers, failed mixers and hot water units in tight cupboards, often with strata rules about access and noise. In the older houses it's ageing galvanised and copper pipes, tree roots in clay sewer lines and low water pressure.
